My account & profile

Don’t worry, it’s painless. Here’s a link to the register page. From there, it’s just entering your name, your email and a password. We’ll shoot you a quick verification email to make sure everything is working. Then… you’re in!

Your username is your email address.  If you don't remember the email address you created for your account send an email to and we will try to help remind you.

First be sure to Sign in and then visit  My Profile.

Forget your password? Don’t sweat it. We’ve all been there. After 10 unsuccessful login attempts your account is temporarily locked. But fear not, the account will automatically unlock in 1 hour.

Connect with others

First be sure to Sign in and then click on your profile picture and click on Sign up to Serve.

On a Mobile device or Tablet?  Click the Menu (Hamburger Icon) in the corner, click Sign In, click the Menu again, click your profile picture and click Sign Up to Serve.

Still No Go? Ugh, sorry about this, it’s likely that you have two accounts in our system. This might have happened for a couple different reasons:

1. You created two accounts for yourself (oops!) 
2. You signed up to serve, gave a check, or registered as a new family. When that happens, sometimes we forget to check if you already have an account.

We can fix it though. Just contact your volunteer team leader letting them know what’s wrong. They’ll help you get squared away.

You’ll find every contact you need in the ReachOut section of the staff contact list.

Sorry that you can't find the group you're looking for.  It could be that the specific group is already full. Consider opening up your search a bit broader and if you still can't find a group that looks like it's for you, consider becoming a Leader.  You can find out more about being a leader on the Groups page. 

Hosts open up their homes for people to watch the weekend service. Groups do things together outside of the weekend service. Group leaders are following Jesus and they help others do the same. Interested in leading a group? Learn more here.

Yep. When people look at the map, they will only see your first name and last initial. We won’t reveal your address. And your dot won’t be on your exact location.


Sorry that you don't see your young child in the childcare sign ups.  It may be that your child hasn't been set up yet. To register them, sign in and complete the form on the Childcare page.  If your child is registered, it could be that for a particular event your child is older than the maximum age allowed (even though they are still a minor).


First be sure to Sign in and then click on your profile picture and click on Giving History.  To print your statement you will need to select the year (most likely the previous year) from the Year dropdown and then click the Print Statement button. 

General Help now has site search! Check it out by clicking the search icon on the top left of any page.

No worries, just update your preferences on your profile.  Sign in then click on your profile picture and click on My Profile, then Communications.  In the Email Communications section you can tell us your communication preferences.  If you want your account on our website to be inactivated all together, email
