Your child’s safety is our highest priority.

• All volunteers go through a rigorous application process, which includes background and reference checks.
• Hallways and classrooms are monitored.
• We follow secure check-in and check out procedures every week.

We don’t cut corners when it comes to your child’s protection.

When you arrive, stop by the Kids' Club Check-In area.

For first-time families, we’ll collect some basic information and you’ll receive matching security stickers - one for your child and one for you. This makes pickup quick and secure.

Pro tip: Arrive 15-20 minutes before service so we can walk you through everything.

Pre-registration helps speed up your first visit, but it’s not required. You can register in person when you arrive.

Only the adult with the matching security sticker may pick up a child.

If you lose your sticker, don’t worry - we’ll verify your identity before releasing your child. Your child will never be dismissed without proper authorization.

If your child needs you for any reason, we will contact you by using the 4-digit code printed on your parent pickup sticker that you received at check-in. This number will flash on small screens in the auditorium.

To help keep all kids healthy:

• Children with fever, vomiting, or contagious symptoms should stay home.
• If a child becomes ill during service, we will contact a parent immediately.

We sanitize toys and surfaces regularly and follow clear health guidelines in every room.

We take allergies seriously. We want every kid to have a fun, safe, and inclusive experience in Kids' Club, so we take extra care to protect kids while still making room for everyone to participate.

Although we can’t guarantee that Kids' Club will be free of any specific allergens, we do our best to maintain a nut-free environment. If snacks are served or food items are used, we have ingredient lists available and post signage outside of the room to alert grownups.

We ask that parents/guardians complete an “allergy alert” sticker each time their child is in Kids' Club and communicate their child’s unique needs with an adult volunteer in their child’s room.

If your child has severe allergies, we’re happy to discuss specific accommodations.

You can contact us ahead of time or speak with a team member when you arrive.

For younger children, we understand that some kids may need a little extra time to adjust. We want to work with you to help your child feel safe and comfortable in Kids' Club.

Our team is happy to help you and your child transition into the room - whether that means seeing the space ahead of time or creating a simple goodbye routine that builds confidence.

For the safety of every child, only trained and background-checked volunteers are permitted to remain inside classrooms during services. This allows us to maintain a secure and consistent environment for all families.

For elementary environments, we encourage drop-off to help kids fully engage with their age-appropriate classroom.
