A Special Needs Ministry Built for Every Kid

Kids’ Club Inclusion is our special needs ministry designed to help kids participate at church in a way that works for them. We partner with you to understand your kid and provide individualized support so they can feel safe, included, and free to be themselves.

Customized care

We talk to you about your kid's needs: what helps them feel calm or safe, strategies you use at home, etc. Together, we make a plan to help your kid participate as fully as possible.

One-on-one buddy

In most cases, we pair one trained volunteer with every kid in need of support, either in an age appropriate room or a sensory room.

What to Expect with Kids’ Club Inclusion

You can expect a fun, safe, and welcoming environment where God's story is shared in ways that meet every kid right where they are.

Arrive a little early
Kids’ Club opens 15 minutes before service, giving your kid time to get comfortable, play, and connect.
Bring what makes sense
Bring anything your kid needs to feel comfortable and secure.
Snacks are on us
We’ll provide snacks and drinks.
Dress for play
Comfortable clothes work best.
Arrival
Let us know at check-in if your kid has special needs. A volunteer will walk you to our sensory room and talk through what's best for your kid that day. You'll both get a sticker. One is for you, one for your kid.
During service
Your kid will hear about God in a way that makes sense for them. They may be in an age appropriate room along with their dedicated volunteer or in the sensory room playing, creating, or just having fun. If your kid needs you, we'll display their sticker number in the auditorium.
After service
Head back to the same spot to pick them up. Show your sticker to a volunteer, and they'll help reconnect you.

We want you to feel as good about dropping your kid off as your kid will feel being here.

Secure check-in and out
Upon check-in, you'll both get a sticker. One is for you, one for your kid. When you come to pick your kid up, we will match your sticker to theirs.
Safety always
No peanuts or snacks brought in, and extensively background checked volunteers in every room.
A good game plan
Email us ahead of time so that together we can decide how to best prep your kid's success.
