2020 has definitely been a year unlike any others, an adventure some might say. Share the craziest adventure you’ve ever been on and why it’s so memorable.
What’s one of your greatest dreams? What if Jesus actually had dreams for you that are even greater? How might that change your vision?
Read Matthew 8:18-22. It’s pretty challenging. Brainstorm some areas in your life Jesus might be saying, “Follow me”, and what it could look like to do just that.
Read Colossians 1:28-29. Life isn’t a solo sport, and it’s not easy. Think back on times when you’ve leaned into the hard decision that might have changed your life, or at least a part of it. Share that with the group.
Let’s end our time in prayer. Say this one or speak your own, “God, take us on an adventure. Help us stop living for other expectations but yours. We want to follow you.”
