Why can it be a struggle to make healthy choices?
Read 1 Corinthians 6:19-20.
What is your response when you hear that God created your body to be a temple?
When was the last time you felt your spirit was nourished and refreshed?
Read Galatians 5:16-17.
What are some ways you could walk by the Spirit and not give in to the desires of your flesh?

Let’s end our time praying together. You can say something like;
“God, we all have struggles and certain ways that we are tempted. Thank you for sending Jesus to come down and rescue us to give us hope. Please give us strength to resist our temptations and seek your desires. Amen.”
Can a Christian get tattoos? What about smoke? Drink? These are all important questions, but it doesn’t matter nearly as much as the deeper question: does it matter what we do with our body?
