The truth is that we’re all prone to stress and burnout.  In ministry, we tend to pour out constantly but rarely take the time to be filled up again. But our mental and physical health is important to God, too! Luckily, there are some tools to help us manage our self-care (spoiler alert - it's much more than taking a bubble bath).
