Summer’s not over yet. You still haven’t climbed a volcano, worked alongside Nicaraguans making significant improvements to their village life, sweated until you can’t sweat anymore, and visited your Compassion child. Don’t worry. We’ve got you covered. You’ll spend the week working in local communities doing anything from digging out a trench for clean water to mixing concrete for chimneys. There’s also time to relax. Mornings and evenings you’ll get the chance to process your experience, share communal meals, have coffee on the porch or sing your heart out with a renewed sense of worship. And to top it off, you get to meet your sponsored Compassion child. It’s like nothing else on earth.
