  • Understand postpartum diagnoses and use this information to develop your own action steps and feel better.
  • Learn new skills to challenge and manage depression and anxiety including intrusive thoughts and negative self-talk.
  • Prioritize your own self-care.
  • Build a partnership with your spouse/significant other and effectively communicate about your postpartum experience with others.
