All participants will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine OR a 72 hour Negative COVID-19 test upon arrival.
We will also be following all guidelines and requirements from the CDC, local authorities in Nepal, and any rules of vendors, venues and partners. If the guidelines change prior to the trip we will adjust the expectations.
All trip deposits and total costs are non-refundable and must be paid via credit card or ACH. Cash, checks and money orders are not accepted.

Working with our partners. This trip is all about building relationships. This might look like playing a silly game, painting nails, or building legos. Don’t worry if kids aren’t your thing, there are plenty of opportunities to connect!
Nepal has some of the best sightseeing opportunities you can experience in any country. Today will be a time to rest and explore the colorful landscape.
Trip wrap up, leave Nepal, arrive home (yes this is the same day because you technically travel back in time!)

A covid vaccination card OR a 72 hour negative COVID-19 test is required for this trip.

How much does it cost?
The cost is $4,100. This covers your flight, hotel, meals, on-the-ground transportation, work supplies, travel insurance, and activities. Stuff not covered are things like souvenirs, snacks at the airport, a visa (around $40), passport fees (if you need a new one this can run around $100), covid tests, and vaccinations or medicine (if you decide to get them they can be between $100-300).
