Nicaragua is a beautiful, lush, green country, and is home to some of the most humble, loving people you’ll ever meet. It’s also one of the poorest countries in the western hemisphere, where nearly half of the population lives in poverty…many of which don’t have access to the basics like clean water which can impact their health and well-being as well as their future prospects.
Specifically designed for college students, you’ll work side-by-side with local communities to dig trenches and bring clean water to remote villages. Make a tangible impact on the lives of others while building teamwork and leadership skills and broadening your perspective.
You were made for more than comfort and ease. A trip to Nicaragua forces you to think about the simplest of pleasures, starting with clean water. This trip is an opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of those in need while experiencing the vibrant culture and beauty of Nicaragua. GO on this journey and be a part of the solution to bring clean water and hope to those who need it most.
Cultural Experience:
Climb an active volcano (Sierra Neogro)
Serving:
Partner with local underdeveloped communities to bring clean drinking water, indoor plumbing, sanitation, and access to education.
