Crossroads community gives more than $230,000 to provide childcare for healthcare professionals

Crossroads Church raised more than $230,000 to provide childcare for healthcare professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic. A majority of the money raised was given to local YMCAs that were approved to offer childcare services as other facilities were required to shut down and stay-at-home orders were put in place.

The effort was one of many spearheaded by Crossroads during the global pandemic. Other projects included sewing masks for frontline workers and underprivileged children, assisting local schools with feeding children, and collecting thousands of pounds of food for community partners and food pantries.
