They haven’t taken the Wayfinder
They may know very little about Crossroads.
They feel/are disconnected from Crossroads, not currently plugged into the community.
Learn something about the person you are connecting
Have them learn something about Crossroads
The person knows how to respond to the prompt: Tell me a little about your relationship with Jesus.
The person expresses interest in getting more involved or connected.
The person feels/is disconnected from Crossroads.
The person used to be involved but isn’t aware of what’s going on at their site.
Seeker: General connection
Receiver: Specific connection
Follower: Team connection
Producer: Being a Connector
The person has a thoughtful response to the prompt: Tell me a little about your relationship with Jesus.
The person seems/is connected to Crossroads.
The person expresses interest in things like “learning more about God,” or “wanting to go deeper.”
The person has taken the Wayfinder and is interested in thoughtfully discussing results.
The person has identified strengths and is interested in growing in those areas.
Seeker: Consider
Receiver: Accept
Follower: Move
Producer: Imagine impact
The person has a thoughtful response to the prompt: Tell me a little about your relationship with Jesus.
The person seems/is connected to Crossroads.
TThe person expresses interest in growth, discipline, or self-improvement.
The person has access to a leader (possibly the Connector) who has relational capital to speak truth into their life.
