Lean into one another, moms of all stages and different walks of life. Let’s learn how to let go of striving, how to say no to extra, how to delegate, how to play, how to put away the devices we rely on to keep track of our countless projects and commitments, and how to say YES to things that give us LIFE and energy.

Who's It For:
Tired moms, moms entering new stages of life, moms looking for a community of other moms
What To Expect:
Long-form conversations from cohort coaches centered around some of the biggest questions most moms face. Expect time to reflect, collaborate with other participants, and feel more confident as a mom.
You'll download a separate app so you have everything you need in one spot
Weekly Involvement:
New content will be posted Monday - Friday throughout the 21 days. Content will follow the same structure for all 3 weeks and Mondays will begin a new theme / focus for the week. Content will include things like engagement posts and forums, live videos, pre-recorded teaching from a panel of experienced moms, Q&A sessions, the ability to share and connect with other moms, ideas and hacks for playing together as a family and how to be a more present parent and weekly challenges and reflection questions.
