God has given parents the most influence in the lives of their children, and baptizing or dedicating your child is a way to commit to modeling what it means to follow Jesus.

We're so glad you're interested in dedicating or baptizing your infant. This is a significant "mark the moment" time in the life of your family. So that we can keep the service to less than an hour, only a limited number of families can participate in each ceremony. Here is a packet containing all the information you need about Infant Baptism and Dedication.

Spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. To sign up, please complete the form for your site below for each child being dedicated or baptized.

For Crossroads Columbus only, we will be offering one date for Infant Baptisms & Dedications. This will be on Saturday June 22, 10am at COhatch Polaris. Sign up below.
