ABOUT THE WEEKEND

What is AW Weekend on the Road?

AW Weekend on the Road is a chance to experience Crossroads Anywhere in person. It’s a weekend of worship, great conversations, shared meals, learning, laughter, and community. Together, we’ll explore what it means to live in the Kingdom of God and discover how God is inviting each of us into His story.

What is Crossroads Anywhere?

Crossroads Anywhere is a community for people who want to fully belong to a church, no matter where they live. We gather online and in person, build relationships, grow spiritually, and help one another follow Jesus together.

What will we be learning about?

We’ll spend the weekend exploring one of Jesus’s favorite topics: The Kingdom of God. Together we’ll learn how the kingdom changes the way we see God, ourselves, and the purpose He has for our lives. This won't just be teaching; we’ll practice what we’re learning through worship, discussion, reflection, prayer, and shared experiences.

What is Table Time?

Table Time is one of the most important parts of the weekend. It’s where teaching becomes personal. You’ll gather with a small group of people to discuss what you’re learning, ask questions, share experiences, pray together, and build relationships. Many people leave saying Table Time was their favorite part of the weekend.

What happens after the weekend?

Our hope is that the weekend is just the beginning. You’ll have opportunities to stay connected through Anywhere groups, watch parties, serving opportunities, events, and leadership development experiences. If you‘re interested in helping others find community, we may even invite you into future leadership conversations.

ATTENDING & REGISTRATION

Who can come?

Anyone is welcome! Whether you’ve been part of Crossroads Anywhere for years or you’re just discovering us, we’d love to have you join us. If you’re looking to grow spiritually, build meaningful relationships, and experience community in person, this weekend is for you.

Can I bring my children?

This weekend is designed as an adult experience focused on worship, community, and spiritual growth. We recommend attending on your own if possible. If bringing a child is the only way you can participate, please reach out to anywhere@crossroads.net, and we’ll talk through options.

Why is there a $50 registration fee?

The registration fee helps us plan accurately and creates commitment for the weekend. Crossroads covers the remaining costs, including lodging and meals, so the fee is simply a way to reserve your spot and help us prepare well for everyone attending.

What if I can't afford the registration fee?

We never want finances to prevent someone from attending. If the registration fee creates a hardship, please email anywhere@crossroads.net. We’d love to have a conversation.

LOCATION & TRAVEL

Where is this located?

The Anywhere Weekend on the Road will take place in Celebration, Florida. We are currently locking in the perfect gathering and lodging spaces for our community. Just like past weekends, we will share all the specific location details, including the addresses of the shared spaces, the week of the event!

Is there on-site parking?

Yes. There will be parking available at our gathering locations, and we’ll provide all the details you’ll need before the weekend begins.

Is there a lot of walking involved?

Not much. Most of our activities will take place indoors or in nearby spaces. While there might be optional activities that involve a bit more walking, you’ll definitely be able to fully participate without being an endurance athlete. Once we lock in our final location, we will share more details about the setup!

What should I bring?

Bring comfortable clothes, a bible if you have one, something to take notes with, and anything you need for a weekend away. You may also want to bring walking shoes, a favorite game, or anything that helps you connect with others and enjoy some downtime.

LODGING & MEALS

Is lodging included?

Yes! Crossroads covers the cost of lodging for all registered attendees. We believe shared experiences help build community, so lodging will generally be in shared Airbnb-style accommodations.

What if I don't want to share lodging with others?

We completely understand. If you’d prefer your own accommodations, you’re welcome to book a nearby hotel or rental at your own expense. We’ll provide location details so you can find a convenient option.

What type of food will be provided?

The delicious kind. 🙂 We’ll provide meals throughout the weekend, and we’ll do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions. Be sure to let us know about any food allergies or special dietary needs when you register.
