AT CROSSROADS WORSHIP TRAINING
You’ll be getting hands-on experience.

At Crossroads Worship Training, you’ll get personalized coaching and hands-on experience every week. We believe we all have the potential to grow, and we believe the best growth happens in a healthy environment where you get actual reps doing the thing you want to do combined with personal coaches there to help you develop. Our goal is to see your skills and heart grown to their full potential. We’re training worship leaders to serve our community and bring God as much glory as we can.

MUSIC

Music is powerful. It has the ability to captivate, move and mobilize people. We want to hone our musical gifts to a fine edge, so that we can communicate God’s love for people as beautifully and forcefully as possible.

THE PROCESS

STEP 1
LET US GET TO KNOW YOU

Tell us a little about yourself - what do you play, what site you attend, and how you heard about us. Then, we’ll reach back out to you and give you everything you need to crush Step 2.

STEP 2
SUBMIT YOUR VIDEO AUDITION

We want to hear (and see) you in action. We'll give you the tools you need to have a great, stress-free audition.

STEP 3
TRAIN

Weekly training serves as our way to invest in our team, and you. You'll hone your skills onstage and off, growing your gifts and abilities. Our hope is that as you grow and develop you'll be invited to put them to use creating beautiful, compelling experiences throughout our community.
