This prayer thing is really catching on.

Your challenge for Week Five of the journey is to participate in any of the following prayer experiences being held around the city. Make it a priority, and try to participate in one of these experiences prior to meeting with your small group in Week Five, if possible.

Crossroads

Experience a multi-sensory, individual prayer journey with audio narration provided. This experience is best suited for ages 13 and up.

Free childcare is available both days from 5:30-9pm. Please arrive by 8pm to get the full experience.

Loveland United Methodist Church

Interactive prayer room set up in rooms L2 and L4 as part of the “Consumed” focus on prayer. Everyone is invited to come to the interactive prayer centers and pray for personal and corporate needs.

Monday (3/10) through Friday (3/14): 9am-9:30pm
Saturday (3/15): 9am-1pm
Childcare provided Monday and Wednesday from 9am-noon, Wednesday evening from 7-9pm, and Tuesday and Thursday from noon-2pm.

24-hour, multi-sensory Prayer Event begins 1:30pm on Saturday, March 15, and concludes with a Sunday (3/16) 1pm gathering on the construction site of “The Loft.”

Faith Community United Methodist Church

A time for small groups or families to go into the prayer room for a time of spiritual preparation for Mark-the-Moment on March 16. The prayer experience will be a guided meditation that will include quiet prayer time and reflection. Please reserve a time for your group or family on the sign up sheets in the prayer room.

If you're participating in the Consumed journey with a church community that you don't see listed here, that doesn't mean that they're not offering some sort of prayer experience. It probably just means that it isn't open to the public, at large. Contact your own church office for details if you don't see them listed here.
